The Bill (Reg. No.1401) amends the Laws "On Election of the Deputies of The Verkhovna Rada of the Crimean Autonomous Republic, Local Councils, and Village, Settlement and City Mayors" and "On the State Register of Electors". Pursuant to the Bill, the lists of electors are to be compiled whilst holding extraordinary local election before the completion of the primary updating of personal data of the State Register of Electors.
The People´s Deputies also suggested that the Central Election Commission should define the procedure of compiling and updating the lists of electors.
